CONTRIBUTION BY MEMBER MILLS TO ANTI-DUMPING FUND

Dear Sir,

APTMA and some Member Mills filed a writ petition in the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court in which interim relief against any order imposing Anti-Dumping Duty on PSF imports from China has been secured.

On account of opposition and strong arm tactics against petitioners in the case, it has been decided to launch a broad based contest for securing the interests of PSF using Member Mills as well as prospective PSF user Members. For this purpose the Synthetics Committee requests all concerned Member Mills to contribute Rs.25,000/- by cheque to APTMA, Lahore.

Those Member Mills that have contributed in response to Circular dated March 29, 2011 are requested to disregard this Circular.
